Where does the work come in, and where is what you already know? Systems, spreadsheets, mailboxes, and what only lives in people's heads.

Analyse
Which steps cost the most time, how many hours a week, and what hangs together with what. On paper, with numbers.

A case study on your situation
On your own data and your own process we show what the system does and what it saves. No demo with made-up figures.

The starting concept
A working first system, on the part that pays off most. From there it grows, phase by phase.
Most teams have an AI subscription somewhere by now. What they usually do not have is a sense of where it really saves time in their own work. These sessions are about that, with their own tasks on the table.
Do you recognise your own business?
Teams of six to fifteen
From the warehouse to the boardroom
The team we are building for
One thing at a time, and the thing that does the most. A roadmap that grows with you.
This suits you if
Your team uses AI, but without direction
You want people to see for themselves where their time goes
You want to make agreements on safe use
About the AI training for your team
For how many people at a time?
It works best with six to fifteen participants. Larger is possible, but it loses depth, because not everyone gets a turn with their own work.
Do participants need prior knowledge?
No. Most of the people we train have played with a chatbot once and nothing more. That is a perfectly good starting point.
Who runs the sessions?
Jerome. He runs the same programme at Merrell EMEA for more than 200 colleagues, from the warehouse to the boardroom.
